"I'm not sure who you have answering the phone for you but talk about unprofessional and rude. She even went as far as telling me she doesn't know when I asked a simple question. What do you mean you don't know? I thought maybe it was a joke at first but she kept on with her attitude, sighing in the phone, and smacking her lips. I figured she would wait until the call was over for her lunch. I was wrong. I didn't realize a paying customer was such an inconvenience. "So. I been trying to reach out to my old state farm agent about my crotch rocket 🚀 coverage. We been doing business since I got the chick magnet. Called last week and this week( sun too just to leave a message) no replies. Got a call mon at 4:59p and they close at 5p. Yeah it happens , some how I funking declined the call. Call back, got voice mail. So today I called Jesse Cervera ( damn I had to look at thst to spell it. ) office. It rated 4.9 which isn't perfect, but I'll give them a shot. Angelica G. Took my call. Mind ypu it,s after hours. I expect to be rushed,because I understand we don't pay overtime. She did an excellent job of dealing with my difficult as*. She answered all my questions, thought when I said alpha (spelling out my email meant alpha) that was part of my email. Sorry this is long but my experience was worth it and I left text errors because I'm not AI. Her friendliness was not only heard but felt. She is honestly one of State Farms best. Thank 😊 You."

"Came here because of the good reviews and not a month later regretted it entirely. Came here to transfer my auto and home insurance from another company. Got a quote from Angelica and everything, went to my husband and we agreed it was a good choice to change. So we did, upon me accepting the offer and texting her back to activate that policy she tells me that now the price has changed. When asked, she said she forgot to add some information to my quote, which I thought about it and thought it’s fine mistakes happen so we agreed with the higher quote than we were given initially. Yesterday, sent her a message to confirm my home insurance policy was active at 11am. Didn’t get a response. Followed up this morning at 10:39 and finally got a response that it was active. Okay, perfect, so I thought. And I was wrong, because now she tells me that unless I get my roof replaced State Farm can no longer continue coverage. I’m sorry, you’re telling me this AFTER my home insurance policy was already supposed to be active? After I had to reach out to you to make sure that MY insurance that I am the one paying for is active. No, will not be dealing with her or this place anymore. Cancelled my home insurance effective IMMEDIATELY. Will be switching my auto insurance as well from them, literally only two weeks later, because now I’m afraid they’re going to come up with some excuses for upcoming issues. Never had this problem with our old insurance, we were just looking for better prices. INSTANT REGRET. P.S. When getting my quote even she was surprised what good coverage I already had. Even had to alter some things for my existing coverage, which I was happy with and wanted to keep the same, which made me realize that Country Financial was better coverage for my money. So please seek pricing and coverage breakdown before you settle for less. 🗣️"
